In no event shall Acxen® Turbo Systems, its distributors, dealers, agents or affiliate be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other loss or damage of any kind, whether arising out of the contract of sale or the manufacture or fitting or use of goods supplied by them, or howsoever caused, nor for any weakening in the value of other property or components howsoever arising consequent upon or resulting from the use of Acxen products.
Product Warranty
Acxen® products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty only covers the faulty new complete turbocharger and/or the core assembly. All electrical products attached to the turbochargers are not covered in this warrant.
Depending on regional dealerships, warranty period may be extended or reduced, and are solely at the dealer(s) discretion. Please check with the dealer(s) in your area for this warranty period. If no dealer is available in your area, Acxen® standard warrant period will be offered. Please contact us for more details.
Any product returned for warranty must be accompanied with a warranty claim form and a valid WRN (Warranty Returns Note) number, which can be obtained from Acxen® or its dealer(s) upon request. Proof of purchase must accompany with the goods returned for warranty repair; otherwise a service charges will apply and are payable by the Customer.
This warranty does not cover damage, fault, failure or malfunction of the product due to external causes including but not limited to accident damage, abuse, misuse, problems with electrical power, usage and/or storage and/or improper installation not in accordance with Product Installation Instructions, failure to perform regular and/or preventive maintenance and normal usage wear and tear.
Other external causes resulting to damage to the turbocharger including oil starvation, oil contamination, foreign object damage to the compressor wheel and/or turbine wheel, high operating temperature, excessive exhaust back pressure, overspeeding shall be denied in this warranty.
During this warranty period, Acxen® or its dealer(s) will either repair or replace, at its option, any product that proves to be due to manufacturing defective.
